Our sweet couple met while Katelynn was on a nursing school clinical, and she was assigned to shadow Daniel. She started crushing, then started a conversation, and he asked her out on a lunch date ‘to see how it goes’. Since they were working together, neither wanted it to be weird…. it wasn’t weird! They are super compatible, and both enjoy a very quiet life full of walks and sunsets.
After a few months, he proposed in the greatest way possible. On Christmas morning, with the ring nestled inside several Russian nesting dolls, he got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him. Spoiler alert… she said yes!
Katelynn and Daniel are both successful nurses, and of course, have very busy and hectic schedules; but they always make time to hang out and relax with their 3 dogs when they can. Daniel says that he loves her smile, and Katelynn loves that he can be calm and goofy all at once!
It was so special to me to get to photograph Katelynn’s wedding, after doing her high school senior session years ago! I love it when it comes full circle. And I look forward to the next time we work together!
